WALL AND CEILING CONSTRUCTION Use 2"x4" studs 16" on center and lower the ceiling between 6'6" and 7'0". Insulate with R11 in the walls and R19 in the ceiling. Rough in a door opening to 24”x82” (or shorter).

FLOOR Cement, tile or vinyl are suitable non-permeable floors.
