Can I use my points on my first order?
No, sorry. The program rewards your completed purchase. So they must be redeemed on the next purchase.
How Do I Pay With My Points?
You can redeem your Cedarbrook Reward Points during check out by:
- Adding items to your cart, as normal.
- IMPORTANT: Before checking out, please LOGIN, so the shopping cart can look up your points.
- Click the Points payment method to APPLY your points FIRST!
Below we show the Payments portion of the check out page where you choose "Points".
Enter the number of points you want to apply to this order FIRST (you can use one point, all or as many as you'd like). - Click "SUBMIT ORDER" and the form will RECALCULATE any amount now due.
- Simply pay the remainder with a Credit Card or Check method and click "Submit Order" one last time – That's it!
How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
- Log into your account. No account? Register.
- Click on "Account Details", or go your Account Details AFTER logging-in.
While logged-in you can also view your "Orders History"
- Select which order you want to look up.
- There you will see the Reward Points earned for that Order and any Points applied for a discount.
- Note: Reward Points will only be applied to Processed or Completed orders.
Can I see my points history?
Yes, after login you can view the "My Account" page. This link is in the upper right-hand corner in the banner at the top of the website.
I remember creating a username and password login account, can you send me my login details?
You can check if you have an account by asking the sytem to send your lost password. If you're unsuccessful, use our Contact Us page. Add your name, email and phone your message to us, Thx!
We NEVER Spam!
Yes, we will at some point probably send you an email reminding you that you have some unused points, but we NEVER sell your email to anyone.
